Lady curators step into a male bastion

Women are now ready to take up jobs that have been dominated by men in the world of cricket - pitch-making. When BCCI's ground and pitch committee headed by Daljit Singh and his colleagues from different zones conducted a certification course at the National Cricket Academy from July 16 to 29, two candidates from among the 29 who attended were women - Karnataka's assistant curator Jacintha Kalyan and Sivangi Ghosh of Odisha.
