Sensex firms up 200 points as markets regain steam

30-share BSE Sesnex gained 235 points to open at 37,898.60 while the broader 50-share NSE Nifty opened just under the 11,400-mark. Both the indices extended their gains with Sensex and Nifty going past the key marks of 37,900 and 11,400, respectively.
