China landslide sparks flood alert in Northeast states

Districts of Arunachal Pradesh in the downstream areas of the Siang, where a flood alert had been issued after a landslide led to the creation of an artificial lake in Tibet, may be in the clear for now. While the flood alert issued on Friday is still in place, water level of river went down considerably on Saturday.
