Not diabetes or heart disease, it’s skin ailments worrying Indians most

​Dermatology is showing the fastest sales growth of 17.5% in the domestic pharma-retail market. Interestingly, this is even higher than the sales growth witnessed in anti-diabetes (16.8%), or heart-disease pills (10.7%). Greater awareness of skin-related issues and skin care and a desire to look presentable are factors driving the growth, say experts.
