Congress, PDP, NC to join hands to form government in J&K: Altaf Bukhari

Peoples Democratic Party leader Altaf Bukhari on Wednesday confirmed a major political realignment in Jammu and Kashmir and said that his party will be forming an alliance with National Conference and Congress in the state. ​Bukhari said that the objective of the coalition is​ to "defend the special identity of the state politically and legally".
