Left-arm fast bowlers have been somewhat of a rare commodity in Indian cricket. The ones who really stood out were Zaheer Khan, Ashish Nehra and Irfan Pathan. There have been a few more in recent times, like Barinder Sran and Jayadev Unadkat. However, they haven't been able to really cement their place in the Indian team.
