Arun Jaitley re-appointed as finance minister

Jaitley had undergone a renal transplant operation on May 14. Since his surgery, Jaitley has been staying in controlled environment as per the doctors' advice. Railway and coal minister Piyush Goyal had been handling the finance portfolio in Jaitley's absence.
