Kerala reels under worst flood in century: Why it's getting more severe

Kerala has received 37.5% excess rainfall in just two and a half months. The Union home minister has called it the worst floods in Kerala since 1924. So far the floods have taken the lives of 97 people and caused extensive damage to property.
