UPA-2 saw higher PLA transgressions

For straight three years, in 2012, 2013 and 2014, when UPA was in power, 426, 411 and 550 transgressions were recorded respectively, official sources said. In 2015, the numbers came down to 290 and further to 273 in 2016, according to the data compiled by North Block officials.
