How KCR stole poll thunder, stunned Cong with 105 candidates’ list

By announcing his list of TRS candidates even before a poll notification has been issued, CM K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) is signaing that he's confident of winning. He dissolved the state assembly yesterday. KCR, though, didn't announce candidates for another 9 constituencies which are represented by BJP or Congress, or the MIM.
