Rajiv Gandhi case: Allow my son to be with me in my last days, convict Santhan’s mother writes to President and PM

Five days after the Tamil Nadu cabinet recommended to the governor the release of the seven life convicts in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case, Maheswari, mother of one of the life convicts Santhan, wrote letters thanking chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and law minister C Ve Shanmugam for their efforts.
