Relief for MCA as CS Naik, Unmesh Khanvilkar get signing authority

In a major relief for the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), a vacation bench of the Bombay High Court on Tuesday, as directed by the Supreme Court, accepted the cricket body’s Notice of Motion that its CEO CS Naik and Unmesh Khanvilkar be given the authority to jointly operate the association’s bank account till an apex council is formed post the elections, as per the Lodha reforms.
