Aircel case: Chidambaram moves court, accuses CBI of leaking charge sheet to media

Chidambaram and his son were named in the chargesheet filed by the CBI in on July 19. The CBI is probing how the former Union finance ministergranted a Foreign Investment Promotion Board approval in 2006 to a foreign firm, when only the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs was empowered to do it.
