Congress to PM Modi: Why are you hell-bent on disrespecting terror victims?

Days after its MP Navjot Singh Sidhu was slammed by the BJP for his visit to Pakistan, a Congress spokesperson has returned the favour, asking PM Narendra Modi why he's "hell-bent on disrespecting thousands of terror victims" by participating in a joint military drill with it neighbour to the west.
