Markets positive, Sensex sets 39,000 in sight

​​The 30-share BSE index opened with a gain of 120 points at 38,814.76. In early trading, the index extended its gains and was up more than 200 points, breaching 38,900. The gauge was within 100 points of touching the 39,000-mark.The broader 50-share NSE Nifty too breached a psychological mark, that of 11,750, in morning trade.
