Remove poll spend cap, it leads to caste politics: BJP

BJP has argued for doing away with cap on election expenditure saying it only encourages caste-based politics besides being meaningless in view of provision of electoral bonds, which mandates disclosure of all contributions exceeding Rs 20,000, thus making funding transparent.
