After CAG, Congress goes to CVC with Rafale plaint

In a detailed memorandum to CVC KV Chowdary, Congress accused the government of hurting the public exchequer and bypassing public sector HAL in favour of Reliance Defence for the offsets contract. The demand for CVC probe came even as Congress chief Rahul Gandhi mounted a fresh offensive by calling PM Narendra Modi “commander-in-thief”.
