Article 35A row: After National Conference, PDP too decides to stay away from local bodies polls

Mehbooba Mufti said that Supreme Court's decision to defer hearing on Article 35A till January in the wake of the local polls has created "apprehensions" in the mind of the people and hence her party has "unanimously" decided to stay away from the polls "at this juncture". Last week, the National Conference had announced to boycott all polls.
