Centre, state govt creating 'confusing' over J&K panchayat polls: Congress

The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) would send a team to New Delhi to brief the party leadership on the issue, Congress state unit president GA Mir said at a press conference here. He said the team of senior state leaders will also hold deliberations on whether to participate in the polls.
