Anti-doping: CoA shies from debate

World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) wants all its member boards become full signatories to their respective National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) but the Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) has decided that it will be "prudent" if members of the BCCI and not the Vinod Rai-led committee take a call on it.
