'Cleric' extorted, killed women in Af after promising to 'cure' them

Rasool Landay passed himself off as an Islamic cleric & led an extortion ring targeting women. He would film himself having sex with the women, and then he and his accomplices would extort money through blackmail. As the search for him widens, the dead bodies of women have started appearing in the places he visited in Afghanistan.
