After Real Madrid's 5-1 thrashing at the hands of Barcelona in El Clasico last weekend, the noose tightened around manager Julen Lopetegui. It was never going to be easy for the Spaniard after a demoralising defeat at the hands of traditional La Liga rivals and eventually led to his sacking on Monday.
