Man acquitted in abduction case may get judicial job

The Supreme Court has allowed a man to be considered for appointment as a judicial officer despite having faced trial as an accomplice of a person accused of kidnapping and raping a girl. During the trial, the girl turned hostile and all the accused were acquitted.
