Muzaffarpur shelter home case: SC for shifting main accused out of Bihar jail

The Supreme Court on Thursday issued notice to Brajesh Thakur, main accused in the Muzaffarpur shelter home case, to explain why he should not be shifted to a prison outside Bihar in view of the fears expressed by CBI that he continued to wield influence which could hamper the probe.
