Retail inflation inches up to 3.77% in September; August IIP at 4.3%

Retail inflation in September marginally moved up to 3.77 per cent in September from 3.69 per cent in August, data released by the ministry of statistics and programme implementation showed. The inflation numbers inched up due to higher food and fuel prices and a depreciating rupee.
