Virat Kohli rested due to mental fatigue: Ravi Shastri

India cricket team head coach Ravi Shastri cleared the air on why Virat Kohli was given rest in the recently-concluded Asia Cup held in UAE saying it was a case of mental fatigue and the skipper needed this rest. "He needed this rest. Physically he is a bull. You can't keep him out of the ground. So it was a case of just mental fatigue," he said.
