Volcano erupts on same Indonesian island as earlier quake

First an earthquake, then a tsunami and now a volcano eruption on the same Indonesian island, Sulawesi, that has already witnessed deaths of 1,400 people and displaced 70,000 residents. Mount Soputan spewed ash more than 6,000 meters (19,700 feet) into the sky on Wednesday morning. No evacuations were ordered.
