SC: Can govt frame policy to curb NRI marriage cons?

A bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and K M Joseph issued notice to the Centre and asked for a response in six weeks indicating “the feasibility of having a policy on the issue”. It was hearing a PIL filed by eight women, whose NRI husbands have fled to Australia, Canada, US, New Zealand and European countries after robbing them of their valuables and money.
