Alleging police harassment and phone tapping, a delegation led by TPCC president N Uttam Kumar Reddy complained to Telangana chief electoral officer Rajat Kumar on Thursday.The delegation that met the CEO and complained about a model code violation, included TDP president L Ramana and leader Ravula Chandrashekhar Reddy, CPI secretary Chada Venkat Reddy and TJS leader Dilip Kumar.
