SC for "green crackers" this Diwali; know what they are

People can bust firecrackers this Diwali but they need to be green ones. Fifteen days ahead of Diwali, the Supreme Court, in its verdict allowed bursting of green crackers, understood to be low on harmful chemical emissions.
